The recently released JobsOutlook report from the REC has found that many employers expect staffing levels to increase over the coming months, with confidence at its highest level for nearly 12 months.

It is reported that 56% of employers expect to increase headcount in the next quarter with a 1% minority saying they believed headcount would be greatly increased.

The report, based on a survey of 200 employers, also found that all industry sectors expected both a short and long-term rise in staffing demand.
